iNEED works by simplifying the estimating system. By using a couple simple common objects that most people are familiar with we are able to eliminate the need for meeting, appointments and waiting on quotes. With our system you are in control, know the price and when to expect services. Once you figure out what you need you put the services you need in your cart and buy them. 

HOW DO I ESTIMATE WHAT I NEED?

Estimating Is Easy!

First review the estimating video. Second remember and estimate IS an ESTIMATE. iNEED works by providing a simple way for customers to estimate what they need around their property. Most customer are familiar with their lot size which is used for mowing and lawn applications. Weeding, and spring/fall clean-up are picked based on the amount of time and detail you want us to put into the project.The two most difficult services for people to estimate are mulch and shrub pruning We use two simple objects, a stop sign and a brown folding table that the majority of people know their approx size. We have you take a look around your property visualizing how many similar sized objects would fit in your landscape. For mulch, it is how many brown folding tables will fit in your bed space. For smaller areas, like tree ring circles, count half tables. We recommend that you tally how many full tables "fit" in your beds. Once you have that number you will order based on the number of tables which our system converts to yards, or scoops of mulch. If you already know how much mulch you typically use you can order it. We always recommend double checking. Our price is an installed price. For shrub pruning, we use a stop sign. Count the number of stop sign sized shrubs around your property. For taller shrubs a shrub could count as two or three stop signs. Add all the stop signs you counted for shrubs and enter them into our system which will provide you with a price. Only the face / front side of the shrub counts. The top, sides or back is not included in this measurement. For a traditional estimate please contact us and we will come out if needed. 

WHAT HAPPENS IF I OVER ESTIMATE OR UNDER ESTIMATE?

You Only Pay For What You Use!

We offer two options. If you know exactly what you want to spend and what you buy is what you want, we stop exactly with what you purchased. For example if you ordered 5 yards/scoops of mulch but your property takes 8 yards/scoops, we will only install the 5 typically starting at the front of the property and working back. With our FLEX option you agree to pay the difference to finish the job. For the example above you would be billed for the 3 additional yards on your card at the current installed per yard/scoop price. The same works for weeding, spring and fall clean-up and any of the services. If you over estimate we will credit back the actual on your card. The bottom line is you only pay for what you use. If you use our system correctly your estimate should be very close and there will be no surprises. 

WHEN CAN I EXPECT SERVICE?

When you order online, you need to know when service will be delivered. We guarantee our service to be delivered in two weeks of your booking date. This give a clear timeline for services.
